The project included 5 floors of modular/demountable walls for private offices and boardrooms/meeting rooms.
IMT Modular Partitions Ltd. Participated in the initial tender phase and was short listed along with 2 other manufactures and was asked to mock up its wall solution. The mock up was well received and offered the end users a fresh new look along with functionality.
After the mock up stage IMT was awarded the project. The response from the client was that IMT Offered a Quality, value, functionality along with superior design.
Products used: IMT Modular Partitions Ltd. Installed approximately 2500 linier feet of wall consisting of approximately 120 glass sliding doors and 15 glass pivot doors.
The walls consisted of Glass fronts and solid demising walls with integrated white boards, tack boards and slot wall.
This project was designed to allow maximum natural light to flow through the space. Most of the IMT Offices and meeting rooms were placed along the glass current wall. The full glass fronts along with our frameless glass sliding door allowed for the designer to accomplish the ultimate goal of maximizing the natural light. We used a light frost with stripped pattern to allow for both privacy and light to filter through. The interior of each office was equipped with integrated white boards ,tack boards and slot wall. This gave the office a clean , functional, modern look.
The project was done in phases and IMT worked alongside the Contractor and Client to finish each phase on time and on budget. IMT provided full project management for their portion of the project and worked alongside the trades, specifically the electrician and data contractors to complete.
This allowed the client to work in there space while the renovations took place. Overall the project went very well and IMT was able to save the end-user money from the very start. This was achieved by IMT overall leveling capability. IMT s superior leveling range allowed for the existing flooring to be used without any modifications or leveling saving the end user a substantial amount of money as this flooring issue existed on all 5 floors of the building.
